About Shea Trisoliere

Shea Trisoliere was born and raised here in the valley of the sun. From going to high school at Mesa Mountain View to attending college at Arizona State University, he has seen the valley transform into what it is today. Graduating for Arizona State University in 2014, initially Shea had the plan to attend PA school, but would later meet what would be his future boss who swayed him to work for Stryker Orthopaedics.

At Stryker, Shea Trisoliere aided joint arthoplasty surgeons by provided the instrumentation and implants to ensure the patient outcomes were at the highest level. Having been a part of the large territory, Shea learned how to build and maintain a level of business with one the largest medical device companies in the world. From dealing with surgeons to hospital administrators, Shea has had to developed negotiating skills that allow all parties involved to be happy. Creating common ground was needed to ensure the best possible outcome for all parties involved all while keeping what is best for the patients in mind.

Shea's career at Stryker would allow him to purchase his first property back in 2018. A house located in Central Phoenix built in 1952 that needed a lot of work. Having done a complete remodel down to the studs, this struck Shea's interest pursuing a career withing real estate. Through connections within the Stryker, a co-worker had introduced him to Arizona Best and there has been no looking back.
